Mikkado ("we", "us") is operated by BKK Media Ltd., a company incorporated in Hong Kong, operating the Mikkado platform in Thailand.
Information we collect
- Account information (email, name) when you register as a parent or provider
- Contact details (phone, WhatsApp, email) displayed on provider listings
- Photos uploaded for activity listings
- Basic usage data necessary to operate the platform
Why we collect it
- To let parents discover and contact children's activity providers in Chiang Mai
- To let providers create and manage their listings
- To send you account-related emails (welcome, listing approval, listing deletion notices)
When you create an account, we automatically add your email address to a mailing list (parents or activity providers, depending on your account type) to send you occasional updates about Mikkado — such as new activities, features, or relevant news. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email, or by contacting us at contact@mikkado.com. This is separate from the account-related emails listed above (welcome, listing approval, listing deletion notices), which are required for your account to function and are not affected by unsubscribing from the mailing list.
Your rights
You may access, correct, or delete your account and associated data at any time via your account settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your data, except where retention is required by law.
Data retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active. Deleted listings and accounts are removed from our systems as described above.
